Adam Handling Chelsea launches set-lunch menu

Adam Handling Chelsea, the chef’s newly opened Sloane Square restaurant, has created a new lunch menu, offering a lighter alternative to the renowned tasting menu at a lower price.

Featuring seasonal dishes that celebrate the best of British produce, guests can choose between two courses for £37 or three courses for £45 with a glass of red or white wine and tea or coffee included in the price.

Wines available include Pinot Noir, Călușari, Romania 2018 or Grillo, Ca’ Di Ponti, Sicilia 2017.

Dishes include options created exclusively for the lunch menu, as well as select dishes from the restaurant’s tasting menu.

The current set-menu includes dishes such as a main course of confit salmon with artichoke, smoked aubergine and capers and a dessert of chocolate stout and whipped miso with a buckwheat crumb.

Handling currently operates two restaurants, two bars and a café.  Appointed chef patron at the Belmond Cadogan Hotel in Chelsea in 2019, Handling oversees the hotel’s entire food and beverage operations.

The lunch menu at Adam Handling Chelsea is available daily between 12pm and 2.30pm.
